I went to buy a blue crystal
To look at myself in the mirror and know my virtues.
They sold me the violet one
A mixture of blue and red.
I got home and tried it in front of my mirror. The blue reflected my fidelity and sense of friendship, a serenity with which I speak and the calmness I appreciate of my mornings.
Blue like the sea, the air, and the sky. I aspire to be as open and pure as the sky above me.
From violet came the introversion and mysticism that surround me and from red I saw my passion for arguments and the warmth I transmit.
As I rotated the crystal I saw different versions, like the box of surprises you can never predict, awakening in others the desire to know me.
I'm originally from Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic; currently living in Montréal, QC.
